Deposits
Cancellation Policy
Airport Service cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full quoted rate. The exception is if your flight is cancelled or delayed by your airline--please call Two Brothers Transportation LTD to notify us of any flight cancellations or delays to avoid being charged.
Hourly Charter Service including Mountain Ski Resort Service requires a 24 hour cancellation notice or your credit card will be charged the full quoted rate. The only exception to this policy is if the road conditions are severe enough that CDOT closes the road(s) to your destination.
All other reservations require a 24 hour cancellation notice to Two Brothers Transportation LTD to avoid being charged the full quoted rate.
PLEASE NOTE: SAME DAY RESERVATIONS DO NOT HAVE A CANCELLATION PERIOD. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SAME DAY SERVICE AND THEN DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED FARE AND ALL APPLICABLE FEES--NO EXCEPTIONS!
Surcharges
Termination of any Reservation by Two Brothers Transportation LTD
Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature
Two Brothers Transportation LTD is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control, including but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc. We make every effort possible to find alternate routes to get around traffic back-ups, however, our priority is the safety of our drivers, our clients and our vehicles.
Vehicle Damage/Cleaning
The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($250/Incident), Burns, Upholstery Tears, Opening a Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($500 or actual cost for Replacement or Repair, whichever is greater) or ANY other damage caused by you or anyone in the renting party. Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle. There will be a Mandatory $25.00 cleaning fee for all stretch limousine rentals and will be included in your rental quote.
Lost or Damaged Items:Two Brothers Transportation LTD is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Two Brothers Transportation LTD reserves the right to charge a delivery/postage fee for returning lost items if found.

Airport Arrival Service Wait Time
- On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time. If you have not met your driver or contacted Two Brothers Transportation LTD by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Two Brothers Transportation LTD at 303-505-5882 by phone. Requests for additional stops on Airport Service will be charged $25 per stop. Stops are a maximum of 10 minutes, each additional minute will be charged at $1.00 per minute.
Update of Airport Service Arrival Times
- Our drivers and our dispatchers keep track of all arrival times provided you give Two Brothers Transportation LTD the correct flight number during your reservation, however, the update is only as reliable as the information is provided by the Airline and/or Airport. Failure to provide the correct flight number may result in you not getting picked up. It is your responsibility to notify Two Brothers Transportation LTD of any changes in flight numbers, delays, or cancellations to avoid being charged additional fees. If your flight arrives early we will try to accommodate, however we ask that you understand our schedule is set based on the original arrival time with additional time for you to get your luggage.
Deposits
- A valid credit card is REQUIRED for all reservations. A $100 - $250 deposit will be required on ALL Hourly Charter or Special Event Reservations. Two Brothers Transportation LTD accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for your convenience. We do NOT accept checks of any kind nor do our Chauffeurs carry cash. There will be a MANDATORY $25.00 cleaning fee for every limousine reservation.

- All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to, toll roads, parking, airport fees, fuel surcharge(s) and luggage carts will be billed to the client. An early morning fee of $15 applies for local trips (Mountain trips cost varies) between the hours of 12:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. These surcharges typically will be in addition to your rate provided by Two Brothers Transportation LTD.
Termination of any Reservation by Two Brothers Transportation LTD
- Two Brothers Transportation LTD reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the driver or Company dispatcher feels that the Renter and/or Party of the Renter is putting the driver or vehicle in any danger of injury or damage. Additionally, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in possession of any illegal material or illegal substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception. Two Brothers Transportation LTD reserves the right to return renting party and its passenger(s) to the original pick up point or to drop the renting party at any safe location due to the above infractions.
